Energise wins Best TV advert award.
Energise takes 2 top AD-FX Awards

Energise was last week (Nov. 19th) awarded a top international advertising award. The AD-FX Grand Prix award was presented to Energise Sport for their advertising campaign developed by Cawley Nea this year.
As well as winning the overall most effective advertising campaign, Energise Sport was also awarded gold in the new product launch category. The international award brings together the very best of national and international advertising campaigns.
The Energise Sport advertising campaign (developed by Cawley Nea) covered cinema (60 second advert), TV (40 and 10 second adverts) and a unique tailor made county by county 48 sheet poster campaign. The campaign centered on Gaelic Games heroes.
The TV and cinema campaigns, shot in the Wicklow mountains, captures the spirit and emotion of Gaelic games at their magnificent best. The 48 sheet campaign which is unique to each county builds on the pride in the local jersey which is such a part of Gaelic Games.
C&C Ireland LTD is delighted with the campaign as the link between sporting heroes and the Energise Sport product is perfect.
Energise Sport is an isotonic sports drink which is uniquely formulated to rehydrate faster than water and help you recover faster after exercise. Energise Sport has been formulated by the technical dept. at C&C Ireland and Dr. Liam Hennessey, Ireland's foremost Exercise Physiologist.
The story of Energise Sport has been an outstanding success. Energise Sport sold 5 million bottles in its first year. Energise Sport gained almost 20% of the sports market in its first year (AC Nielsen AS04).
The business model behind the success of Energise Sport is also unique. Money from every bottle sold goes back to the Gaelic Players Association (GPA). This money is then used to fund grass root Gaelic Games development.
Lynne Malone (Brand Manager for Energise Sport) anticipates 'that Energise Sport, which has been an outstanding Irish brand success story, will continue to grow sales and take share from its International Competitors'.
